  • Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship. If items become delayed or backordered, we will call you or send you an email.

  • Many of our products are crafted by hand or from natural materials. Characteristics may vary slightly.

INVOICING

  • All invoicing is pro forma (payment due in full prior to shipping from NettoCollection LLC, New York)
  • All prices are F.O.B. NettoCollection, LLC New York and are subject to change without notice.
  • For items shipped within NY, sales tax will be added.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product weight and size, method of shipment, and packing efficiency. Depending on size, weight, and availability, your order may arrive in separate deliveries. Call 1 866 996 3886 for a complete description of pricing and options.
  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and only accept merchandise received in good condition. If you decide to accept merchandise that appears to be damaged, please indicate the condition next to your signature accepting the delivery. Please notify us of any damages immediately and be certain to retain all original packaging.
  • All orders will be shipped via common carrier unless otherwise specified by the purchaser.
  • Any sales and use taxes imposed on the sale of the merchandise will be invoiced and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

INSPECTION

  • Please inspect all goods at the time of delivery and only accept merchandise received in good condition.
  • If you decide to accept delivery of merchandise that may appear to be damaged, please make note that the items were received damaged, next to your signature accepting the merchandise. Should this happen, please notify NettoCollection, LLC immediately and be certain to retain all original packaging.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

  • Manufacturers defects are covered for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • You may return for credit any new merchandise shipped in error or which, upon inspection, is found to be defective in workmanship or materials.
  • For furniture returned in saleable condition or orders cancelled after seven (7) days of receipt by us, there will be a handling and restocking charge of 20%. For accessory orders, we will provide a merchandise refund within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please call 1 866 996 3886 for a written return authorization to be included with returned merchandise.
  • Manufacturers defects are covered for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

CLAIMS

  • Claims for damages, shortages or nonconforming goods must be filed with NettoCollection, LLC within seven (7) days after shipping.
  • The purchaser waives any right to set off or hold back amounts paid or due hereunder against any other amounts owed for other merchandise purchased from NettoCollection, LLC.

FORCE MAJURE

  • NettoCollection, LLC shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay directly or indirectly caused by an occurrence beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, fire, embargo, war, national emergency, sabotage, accident, governmental laws, ordinances, etc.
